What happens next?

 Our Stylist will visit your property for a free consultation to develop a unique strategy to bring out it’s full potential, then we will provide you with an obligation free quote. Upon quote approval we will deliver the furniture, art and accessories to your vacant house, transforming it into a warm and inviting home ready for a successful sale campaign. Once your property has sold, we will take care of the collection of all of our items.

Why have my property styled?

 In this competitive market it is important to make your property stand out from the rest to achieve the optimum result. When a buyer walks into a vacant property it is very difficult for them to realize the true potential, they will generally not linger in an empty, cold space. Professional home staging will make it possible for the buyer to instantly connect with the home and be able to envisage creating a home and a lifestyle in that space.

Can I use my existing furniture?

 Unfortunately Instyle Design Co only styles vacant properties. If you are able to vacate the property for the duration of the sales campaign, we will be able to stage your home for sale, but unless the furniture fits in with our design for maximum impact, we will request the removal of all furniture.

Can I choose certain pieces for the styling?

When you engage Instyle Design Co, you are trusting your prized possession to us, and while we respect your input, in order to keep the design process fluid, we need to make sure our choices are consistent, based on the availability of our stock and are up to date with the market trends.

What are your payment terms?

We require upfront payment 48 hours before installation is scheduled.

How much notice do I need to give?

We would recommend 2-3 weeks between quoting and installation time to ensure the best outcome.
